We are looking for an Analyst who is keen on building a meaningful career in investment banking.
Key Responsibility Areas:
- Work with the next generation of tycoons in Southeast Asia and help build future market leaders
- Work and build expertise in key industries of tomorrow: Ecommerce, Logistics, IT, Gaming, and Healthcare
- Support the deal team in the successful execution of live projects
- Conduct in-depth industry analysis to understand the latest M&A trends and provide sectoral report
- Create, prepare, and update marketing materials including pitch decks,
- Investment memorandums, teasers, client presentation, internal company presentation
- Prepare and analyze financial models, and apply sound corporate finance theory to financial valuation
- Other ad-hoc tasks as needed
Key Job Skills Required:
- Advanced problem-solving, analytical and quantitative skills, coupled with meticulous attention to detail
- Strong command of MS Excel and advanced financial modeling skills
- Excellent English communication skills
- High interest in transaction services and deal processes
- Strong capacity to deliver high quality work in a fast-paced environment
Desired Experience & Qualifications:
High-performing fresh graduates are welcome to apply
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Management Engineering or a related field.
Experience in transaction advisory services of Big 4 Audit firms is a plus
CFA Level 1 is a plus
Immediate joiners will be prioritized
