JOB DESCRIPTION
We are seeking an experienced Video Editor to join the Makaan Solutions social media Team. You will be required to assemble and edit recorded footage and convert them into finished products that match our requirements in a creative way. You will play an important role in the success of our team as our videos are the best way of communicating the organization’s message on online platforms. RESPONSIBILITIES
Your core responsibilities are:
- Manipulate and edit film pieces in a way that is invisible to the audience
- Take a brief to grasp the company’s needs and specifications
- Trim footage segments and put together the sequence of the video
- Input effects, graphics, dialogues, and music into the videos to make them more visually
- Continuously discover and implement new editing technologies and best practices to maximize efficiency. appealing
- Oversee the quality and progress of audio and video engineering and editing
- Online editing - depending on your role you may also finalise technical aspects such as correcting faulty footage, grading and colouring and adding special effects.
REQUIREMENT
- Solid experience with digital technology and editing software packages (e.g., Avid Media Composer, Lightworks, Premiere, After Effects, and Final Cut)
- Demonstrable video editing ability with a strong portfolio.
- Thorough knowledge of timing, motivation, and continuity.
- Familiarity with special effects, 3D, and compositing.
- Creative mind and storytelling skills.
- A degree in film studies, cinematography, or related field.

Salary: Rs45,000.00 - Rs75,000.00 per month
