Aiken Regional Medical Center is assisting an established and well respected Internal Medicine group recruit a new physician for their busy practice. The number of patients they see varies by physician. Cu! rrently one of the doctors sees as many as 45 while another may have 10 new patients. There is opportunity for a new physician to be independent yet supported and well connected as a team member.
The group is very collegial. They share call equally and anticipate continuing to do so when the new physician joins them. They have indicated they will provide a salary for the first year as well as malpractice insurance, health insurance, vacation and CME. Moving expenses and interview expenses will also be paid.
There is the potential for a bonus after the first year and partnership is available after two years.
