Job Description
Team and Role Introduction:
The Search Business Enablement team focuses on Lazada platform traffic solution to support seller/assortment E2E incubation process cross business areas like campaign, target hunting, focused assortments and focused sellers; The ideal candidate is user-centric with strong logic thinking and collaborative attitude;
Responsibilities:
- Manage and operate platform key channels’ traffic allocation with standardized SOP to support platform key battles;- Work closely with 6 ventures Traffic teams and regional product teams on gathering and evaluate traffic related requirements- Be able to work independently with cross functional teams on new project launch and close loop feedback to support further product fine-tuning- Strong logic and analysis skill on performing ad hoc reporting based on business needs and extract the proper data from relevant tool;
Job Requirements
Requirements/Qualifications(must have):
- 3~5 years of working experience in handling cross teams’ project, experience in SEA E-Commerce is a plus- Bachelor's degree program from reputable university, fluent in English and strong attention to detail, understanding/knowing Chinese is a plus;- Good communication skills (speaking, writing, presenting) and high EQ on handling various level of stakeholders;

Requirements/Qualifications(good to have):
  • SQL is an advantage
