サイトリーダー不在時のバックアップを務めて、クライアントを長く待たせたり、業務が停止したりする事がないようにする。クライアントへの窓口バックアップ
イーライリリーアカウント神戸本社クラスター(神戸本社サイト・東京オフィスサイト・その他リモートサイト)の運用サポートのバックアップ(問題発生時の指揮・報告・解決指示等)
アカウントマネージャーへの報告バックアップ

【神戸本社クラスターの業務カテゴリー】
施設・設備管理10階建て賃貸ビル(一棟借り)。ほとんどの保守営繕はビルオーナー管理・実施。

ビル管理への窓口業務
ソフトサービス管理(業者管理含む):受付、セキュリティーカード、メールサービス、清掃、複合機・印刷サービス、カフェテリア(小規模)・給茶機・自販機、等
館内の定期的な巡回・自主点検・報告
コスト削減の提案・実施
業者管理
会議室設備管理・イベントサービス
小規模プロジェクト(館内引っ越し等)管理
経理サービス:発注書発行~支払までの経理処理。クライアントへの請求処理
クライアント従業員からの各種問いあわせ対応・窓口業務

【 求められる資格・経験・スキル・その他要件 】
ファシリティマネジメントや総務、レイアウト・家具・インテリア関連業務、建築・建設・設備関連業務の経験がある
Excel、Word、PowerPoint、メールソフトをビジネスで使用する十分なスキルがある
英語での電話会議に参加できるビジネス英語力がある。ほしい情報を入手し、Japanの進捗・問題の報告や、要求ができる英語力がある。ビジネスで英語使用経験がない場合、目安としてTOEIC750点以上。
望ましい人物像としては、クライアントの望む事を理解し、高品質のサービスを提供できる。
自ら高い目標を設定し、それを達成するために、計画を立て実行できる
自分の専門分野を持ち、その中で強いリーダーシップを発揮できる。
論理的な思考とコミュニケーションができる。
チーム内外のメンバーと信頼関係を築き、協力できる。

9:00-17:30(昼休憩:12:00-13:00)、土日祝休み、夏季・年末年始休暇あり

【 Required Key Results 】
Be familiar with the Scope of Works and assist the Henkel Account West Leader in the delivery ofUninterrupted site operation
Client Satisfaction
Continuously improving services

Be a back-up of Site Lead during his out of officeFor clients
For operation of Eli Lilly Account Japan Affiliate Cluster (Kobe HQ, Tokyo Office, other remote sites)
For JLL Account Manager

【 Responsibilities 】
Team ResponsibilitiesHard Services (Building & Facilities Management)Kobe HQ: Leased whole building (10 floors) – most services are managed/delivered by building owner

Point of contact to the Building Management
Soft Services
Reception, Cleaning, Security cards, Courier & Mail Services, Cafeteria, Vending Machines, etc.
Ensure that detailed walk-through and inspections are routinely conducted and the results are reported.
Vendor management
Suggest Cost Saving ideas/plans to the Site Lead and execute the plan.
Plan/manage small projects, e.g., office layout change, etc.
Meeting Room AV equipment management / Event support
Accounting Services: PO Placement ~ Payment
Helpdesk for Lilly end-users

【 Required qualifications, experience, skills and others 】
Working knowledge of FM, GA/Admin., building management, Furniture/fits-out, etc.
Computer skills for business in Microsoft Office, e.g., Excel, Word, PPT
English capability to participate in Web/Tel. conferences, discuss current status/issues of the JA Cluster and obtain necessary information/supports for JA Cluster from Region team. English capability in writing/reading is also required. TOEIC more than 750 if no experience to use English in business.

Work hour: 9:00 ~ 17:30 (Lunch break: 12:00-13:00) of weekdays, summer holidays, year-end/new year holidays
