We are searching for a talented VFX Artist with a strong creative and technical background on behalf of a renown international studio. The selected VFX Artist will contribute to the creation, implementation, and refinement of a wide range of environment, weapon, vehicle, and character effects. Collaborating closely with artists, designers, and other team members, the chosen candidate will ensure that the VFX align with the game's direction and mechanics, maintaining a cohesive and immersive experience. Their expertise in real-time engine constraints, custom toolsets, and problem-solving will be crucial in delivering high-quality VFX assets.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with artists and designers to create, implement, and polish various effects, including environment, weapons, vehicles, and character-related visual effects.
• Maintain a deep understanding of the game's direction and mechanics to ensure the VFX align with the overall vision.
• Utilize industry-standard VFX tools and pipelines to create visually stunning effects.
• Deliver assets within the technical constraints of real-time engines, considering programming and animation requirements.
• Assist with design decisions to optimize effects and work closely with technical art for performance optimization.
• Mentor junior team members and provide guidance to foster their growth.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a VFX Artist in the game development industry.
• Strong proficiency in industry-standard particle systems and VFX creation tools.
• Extensive experience with VFX creation and editing software.
• A portfolio showcasing recent, real-time VFX work.
• Ability to creatively solve issues while maintaining optimal performance.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills to work closely with the VFX Lead, Art Director, and cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity with scripting and technical aspects is advantageous.
• Experience playing Survival and Open-World genre games.
