Job Description

Our Client: One of the leading construction companies in the Kingdom is looking out for a Director of HR Operations.
Your Role: We are seeking an experienced Director of HR Operations to oversee all aspects of the company’s Human Resources department. This role will be responsible for ensuring the effective functioning of HR policies, procedures, and programs that align with the company’s strategic goals. The successful candidate will provide leadership and guidance to the HR team and work collaboratively with other business leaders to promote a positive work culture, employee engagement, and effective communication.

The incumbent will be responsible for Developing and implementing HR policies, procedures, and programs to support the company’s strategic goals and objectives. Additionally, provide leadership, direction, and support to the HR team to ensure the successful delivery of HR services and programs. Collaborate with other business leaders to identify HR needs and develop and implement solutions to address those needs
Ensure compliance with all HR laws and regulations, both locally and nationally, particularly Saudi Labor Law. Moreover, the incumbent will be responsible to develop and manage HR budgets, ensuring the efficient and effective use of resources.

Must Haves: The ideal candidate for this position should possess a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR or a related field. They should have a minimum of 15 years of experience in the HR field, including at least 5 years in a leadership role. A comprehensive understanding of HR operations is required, encompassing employee relations, benefits administration, compensation, and HR systems. Familiarity with Saudi Labor Law and other relevant regulations is essential. The candidate should be capable of working collaboratively with other business leaders and stakeholders, demonstrating excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong leadership and decision-making abilities are crucial, as is the capacity to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Additionally, the candidate must possess extensive knowledge of managing employee medical insurance and be well-versed in handling day-to-day transactions such as onboarding, contract management, leaves, and overtime. It is mandatory for the candidate to have led this HR function for at least 5 years. The company is only looking for Saudi Nationals for this role.
