This position involves the processing of inbound telephone calls and data entry as well as outbound calls to set and confirm appointments. In this role, individuals will work primarily with business owners and company representatives from around the world. Initial onboarding and training will be remote, with the option to remain remote post-training. We have weekly pay, plus eligibility for monthly incentives and annual company bonus dependent upon performance. This opportunity requires no cold calling and promotional opportunities become available within 6 months dependent upon performance. Help customers using Zoom, facetime, over the phone, or in person
Serve as a customer service professional inputting order information, pricing, product information, and catalog requests
