Aiken Regional Medical Center in Aiken, SC is now recruiting Internal Medicine physicians for hospital-employed positions. With several existing providers preparing for retirement, this is an excellent opportunity to establish a busy and growing practice in an attractive location close to major urban areas, the mountains, and the Carolina Coast.
Incoming physicians can expect to be busy very quickly, averaging 18 - 25 patients in office per day. Call sharing with existing physicians is! available, or utilize the in-house Hospitalist service for an! outpatient-only practice. Ideal candidates will be BC/BE; additional sub-specialty training (Infectious Disease, ENT or Endocrinology) would be desirable but is not required. Compensation will be competitive, and includes a salary, benefits plus other incentives.
