Community Medicine Foundation is seeking a full time employed family practitioner or internist for their 100% outp! atient opportunity at their Chester site. The provider will join a family practitioner and will have a work schedule M-F 8-5 and will rotate Saturday coverage 1:6 weeks amongst additional providers. There will be a phone call scheduled that consists of 1:9 weeks and will have no admissions duty. Provider will treat a patient population that consists heavier on adult and geriatric patient population and will be treating the underserved patient population. Collaborative work environment with several ancillary services onsite such as pharmacy, lab and prenatal. Bilingual in Spanish is a plus but not a requirement.
